Autism Media Channel: "CDC Whistleblower Revealed", AutismMediaChannel YouTube Channel (22 August 2014)

On August 27, 2014, William W. Thompson, a Senior Scientist with the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC), issued a press release (captured here) stating his "regret" that he and his co-authors had "omitted statistically significant information in [their] 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics." The omitted data, he said, "suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism." (underlinings added)

The presentation (below) by Autism Media embeds this revelation in a broader narrative in which the US Public Health Service (forerunner to the CDC) engaged in unethical behaviour with its Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment (1932-72), during which African American men (who thought they were receiving medical attention) were deliberately allowed to go on suffering from syphilis for the purposes of medical research.
