2009 interview with Richard Clarke, former National Co-ordinator for Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Counter-terrorism for the United States (1998-2001), and Special Advisor to the President on Cybersecurity (2001-2003), in which he claims that the CIA intentionally withheld from him vital travel information about two of the alleged terrorists who were later alleged to have carried out the 9/11 attacks. This, he speculates, the CIA might have done in order to recruit them as agents. (I include the video for your own speculation.)
