At the funeral of Gerald Ford in 2006, George H. W. Bush seems unable to sustian an appropriately solemn demeanour. While eulogizing Ford for his service on the Warren Commission, and  referring to the assassination of John F. Kennedy as the work of a "deluded gunman", he glances to his right and smiles.

I wonder why?
