Movies-icon-48Norman Mineta's Testimony to The 9/11 Commission

Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta testifies before The 9/11 Commission answering the questions of Vice Chair of the Commission Lee Hamilton. In his statement, which was excluded from the final 9/11 Commission Report, Mineta testifies that Vice President Dick Cheney, who was in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center at the time, was three times told by "a young man" that an aircraft was heading in the direction of Arlington County, Virginia (the Pentagon). Finally the young man asked Cheney, "Do the orders still stand?", at which "the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said, 'Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?' "
