Dr Chris MasterJohn reacts to the news—as reported in Reuters ("Wait what? FDA wants 55 years to process FOIA request over vaccine data")—that the US FDA has requested a federal judge in Texas to delay the full release of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine data until 2076. (Coming after the Pfizer trial whistleblower report in the BMJ, that request hardly instils great confidence in me. Maybe Pfizer's product is indeed "safe and effective", but don't ask me just to trust that it is.
